He co-founded Adamis Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ADMP) and led its public listing and more than $265 million raised across 20+ private and public capital markets transactions.
Over nearly two decades at Adamis, David served as Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief Business Officer, and ultimately Chief Executive Officer — guiding the company from a two-person startup to a commercial-stage specialty pharma company with multiple FDA-approved products, including ZIMHI®, a high-dose naloxone injection for opioid overdose reversal, and Symjepi®, a pre-filled epinephrine injection. He negotiated landmark commercial partnerships with Novartis/Sandoz and US WorldMeds, achieving 50-state Medicaid reimbursement and formulary inclusion across all major PBMs.
